QuickRent remains to be as grounded with end to end transaction services for any property as being well placed online with well optimized exposure and rich quality listings. So, unlike the loss of control over the quality of content that is being posted on some of the other real estate portals in India, QuickRent remains focused on creating quality listings as well as providing quality services on the ground.

It was easier to launch a portal with listings and get it off the ground, however, we did not want to be in the already crowded space, moreover, our perspective is to deliver quality services to the consumer and get valued based on that rather than number of hits.
