About the Apartment: This apartment would fit well into the needs of most of the Expats living in working in India be it a single person or a couple, so to make sure that they enjoy their stay at least inside their apartment, they should feel comfortable. This smart home works a whole lot of gadgets and equipment though the app on the phone or through the Tablet provided with the apartment.
The way this apartment is oriented is to enable the occupant to just simply bring their luggage and start living. The apartment offers pretty much every thing needed to live comfortably in Gurgaon.
Although it is a 2 bedroom apartment, we chose to convert one of the rooms into an audio visual room with a provision to enjoy a home theater experience relaxing on a reclining sofa.
About the Community:
The apartment is located in Ireo Skyon, which is just off the Golf Course Extension Road, the nearest metro station being Sector 56 (Rapid Metro which is about 3 Kms). Uber & Ola both service providers of Cab Services are available and regularly come to this community. This apartment community has a very quiet location with all the modern facilities that one would expect from a good apartment community. The large central lawns are well maintained with lots of greenery and trees. The club house offers all facilities like Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Restaurant, Coffee Shop, Bar, Billiards, Snooker, Pool Table, Table Tennis, Squash Courts, Tennis Courts etc. It is a well established community with all services taken care of by a professional maintenance agency CB Richard Ellis.
About the Location:
This is an interesting location to be in, while it is located close to the downtown area of Golf Course Road, which is a 5 minutes drive from this location, it is also yet very peaceful location as it is tucked away from the noise pollution etc. The closest metro station would be Sector 56 (Rapid Metro Station which is 3 kms from this community). Just outside the community there are two hotels, namely LemonTree and Red Fox.,The upcoming Grand Hyatt Hotel is just a stone’s throw from this residential community. There are shopping malls just walking distance from the community. While there is a couple of small grocery stores just outside the community, there are also deliveries by most of the online delivery stores to this area. Also the big Spencers store is just a short drive (2 Minutes) from the community.
