We met up with the VAYA Homes Core Team and found out why the “Ulta-Pulta” status to their startup…here is what the co-founder Harpreet Singh Thukral had to say…

“Ulta-Pulta is a very interesting word in Hindi, while it literally means “Upside-Down” if translated in English. Startups globally are about disruption and change and so are we, however, we call VAYA Homes – “Ulta-Pulta” Startup for a couple of other very interesting reasons that we believe define VAYA Homes. The First one being the fact that while most startups fight on “Price” offerings, trying to bring cheaper products and services to the market, VAYA is completely Ulta-Pulta in this aspect, we believe that there is a market segment out there which is absolutely ready to pay a price for good quality, be it goods or services, so we chose to offer Good Quality Accommodation with Superior Services without compromises and charge a fee commensurate to that. Tata Primanti has come up as a great product at a very strategic location, being a Tata product, this luxury residential community does have a feel of being real home. Unlike some of the other fancy apartment communities on the Golf Course Extension Road, Tata Primanti keeps everything real, functional and yet has the flair of luxury to it.
