Its an interesting choice to rent an apartment at The Grand Arch, especially at this point in time, that the rentals are less for a luxury apartment like this. The more interesting part is that Grand Arch is probably the only residential community that offers smaller size apartments in a Luxury setting. If we compare to other Luxury Residential Communities in Gurgaon, we find that most of these would offer larger size apartments. So for Expats moving to Gurgaon, The Grand Arch could possibly become a better choice of apartments.

The good part is that the club is extremely well built and has all the possible services that one can expect from a good luxury apartment community in Gurgaon. In fact the facilities offered in the Grand Arch Club are somewhat even better than some of the other Luxury Apartments in Gurgaon that are available for Rent.

I would say, if its a couple or a small family one could look at acquiring either a 2 Bedroom Simplex for Rent in Grand Arch or a 2 Bedroom Duplex for Rent in Grand Arch. In case of a larger family one could look at an option of a 3 Bedroom Apartment for Rent in Grand Arch measuring about 2164 sq.ft.  An extended family could possibly look at the 4 Bedroom Apartment for Rent in The Grand Arch which measures around 2800 sq.ft. and offers better privacy as 2 bedrooms are on one side of the living dining and 2 on the other side, making this a very viable layout plan for a joint family kind of a setup.

Overall, one of the better communities to live in Gurgaon, I would say.
